Our Client based in an internationally renowned location requires a Senior Event Co-ordinator for their diverse and tranquil venues. You will be able to deliver mid to large scale private and corporate events including overseeing any smaller events. Reporting directly to the Venue Hire Manager who you will deputise for as required.

One of the key factors in being successful in this role will be you willingness to work evenings and weekends during the summer months, which is a core business period for this company.

Deliver events within two specific on site venues, in accordance with current venue operational manuals, within standards and timescales agreed with the customer.

Oversee the delivery of all events in a smaller on site venue, assisting where necessary, ensuring that events are delivered on time and to customer requirements.

Assist the Venue Hire Manager in the effective operational delivery of large-scale events run by approved third parties.

Provide the highest level of customer service at all times ensuring that the customer receives the appropriate level and type of service that has been agreed.

Support external suppliers in their provision of services to events ensuring every assistance is given to aid their fulfilment to agreed standards.

Deputise for the Venue Hire Manager in her absence.

When required, assist Commercial Events Development Manager in the development of venue hire business.

Assist Events Finance Co-ordinator to facilitate & ensure that all invoices for venue hire, client recharges, agents and suppliers are raised accurately and on time

Keep detailed and accurate financial records of all projects to enable maximum use as a reference tool for future events.

Minimise and control internal costs by obtaining and verifying quotes for activities and monitoring successful delivery.

You must have:
In depth knowledge and proven track record of organising corporate, & private events.
Experience of successfully managing external suppliers/contractors
Detailed working knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft products

You will be in charge of managing Business, Technology and Educational programs and events.
